How do I purchase one of the optional services?
Currently, you can purchase services by contacting us by phone, email, or our contact form. We are currently working on adding the ability to request services via the app.
Can a building have several leases?
Yes, if you have multiple tenants with individual leases in the same property, you can add them all.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Navigate to your account settings within the application; here, you can indicate that you wish to terminate your subscription.
Is paying annually possible?
Yes, paying on an annual basis is possible. You even get a 20% discount on the total amount should you decide to take out an annual subscription.
When will I be invoiced?
Every month, the collection date is the same as the day you subscribed to Realite.
